My Process for Buying a Home
Buyer Consultation
Unlock the door to your dream home with a free buyer consultation. During this personalized session, I'll learn about your budget and specifications, so I have a crystal-clear understanding of your goals. Then you can decide if you want to move forward with working together to find the perfect home.
Buyer Education
We'll go over disclosures, real estate terminology, getting a loan and pre-approval, review associated costs, and go over the buyer-agent agreement. After this session, you'll have a solid understanding of the steps ahead.
Home Search
First, you'll fill out a comprehensive questionnaire about your perfect home. After you've been pre-approved by a lender, I'll set up a search to alert us to homes that meet your criteria so we can schedule a showing as soon as possible.
Make an Offer
Once you have found a home you want to purchase, we will draw up an offer right away. I will strategically craft an attractive offer that is fair and reasonable.
Due Diligence and Negotiations
Once your offer has been accepted, I'll coordinate the necessary tasks during the due diligence period, like the appraisal and inspections. If we enter negotiations, I'll use my skills and proper etiquette to advocate on your behalf.
